The Old Grist Mill & Gardens generally does not ship products by mail or courier.
Pickup
Most orders must be picked up in person at the Grist Mill, during scheduled pickup times or regular operating hours, as specified at the time of purchase.
Scheduled Deliveries
For certain programs and seasonal orders (including Pantry Share items), delivery may be available as part of scheduled delivery runs within the following regions:
- Lower Mainland
- Fraser Valley
- Similkameen Valley
- Okanagan Valley
Delivery runs typically occur approximately every six weeks and may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or operational constraints.
Delivery Timing
Specific delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed. Customers will be notified in advance when delivery schedules are confirmed.
Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available for pickup or delivery as arranged. Missed pickups or deliveries may result in forfeiture of the order unless alternate arrangements are made in advance.
