Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases made through the Old Grist Mill & Gardens website are subject to the following terms.

Event Tickets & Workshops

  • Tickets and workshop registrations are non-refundable.
  • In cases of significant circumstances outside the purchaser’s control, we may offer an equivalent credit, valid for use in the following calendar year.
  • Credits are issued at the discretion of the Grist Mill.

Campground Reservations

  • Campground reservations are non-refundable.
  • In certain circumstances, an equivalent credit may be offered for use in the following year.
  • Credits are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

Season Passes

  • Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Pantry Share Program

  • Pantry Share purchases are non-refundable.
  • Credits, if granted, must generally be used within the same calendar year in which they were purchased.
  • Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Seasonal Orders

  • Seasonal and pre-ordered items are non-refundable once ordering periods close.
  • Credits may be offered in limited circumstances.

Vendor & Event Fees

  • Vendor fees paid through the website are non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled by the Grist Mill.

Cancellations by the Grist Mill

If an event, program, or service is cancelled by the Grist Mill, customers will be offered either:

  • An equivalent credit, or
  • An alternative arrangement, at our discretion.
