We know that summer is beginning when we get our first call from Barb and Robert Quaedvlieg asking if we want any of their amazing raspberries. Picked each morning before it gets too warm, these big firm juicy berries get turned into salad dressings, jams and frozen quickly for a sweet/tart taste of summer at any time of year.
These are, literally, the best raspberries we’ve ever had, and they made a brilliant jam!
