A jam… made from carrots? This lovely jam, full of warm spices like coriander, allspice and cumin can be used like any other fruit jam, but also makes a great side for savory pies or as a glaze for roasted veggies. Try it on plain yogourt or use it to make a lovely vinaigrette dressing.
