Forget pulling a frozen pizza from the freezer; why not make one from scratch instead?

In this workshop, join our General Manager, Chris Mathieson in making every component of a pizza from scratch. We’ll be making our own fresh mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce and pizza dough, going through the tips and tricks that will help you make a truly legendary pizza at home in your own oven. (Yes, it’s like three workshops in one.)

  • Cheesemaking – Learn to make a fresh mozzarella cheese in under an hour, giving you a taste and melt far superior to any store-bought cheese.
  • Sauce – Most commercial pizza sauces are loaded with sugar, salt and mystery herbs. We’re going to make our own from top-notch ingredients–sometimes a light touch gives the tastiest results.
  • Dough – A good pizza dough has a ton of flavour, a chewy texture and gets perfect charred blisters as it bakes. We’ll share our secrets to make that perfect dough, every time.

Every participant will take home copies of the recipes and instructions.
