Workshop: Introduction to Candymaking

Step into the world of cheesemaking with this workshop that explores the art and science of sugar. There’s never a bad time to indulge your sweet tooth.
In this workshop, we will show you how to make some delicious sweet treats including caramel, fudge, sponge toffee and more. The fee for this three hour workshop is $35 and every participant will get to take recipes and some of the treats we make together home.
This presentation will be led by Chris Mathieson, our General Manager. Advanced registration is required and space is limited.
