Thanks to the work of our founding Head Gardener, the Grist Mill has a collection of trees representing almost sixty varieties of heritage apple, many of which are at risk of disappearing forever. This special lightly-spiced apple sauce was made from dozens of different varieties of heritage apple. Delicious on its own, or on ham.
